The hotel provided a clean and well-maintained chalet for our stay. the constant hot water and comfortable chairs and beds were definitely a plus. the quiet and shaded location was perfect during the hot weather. the excellent bus service allowed us to conveniently leave our car on site and explore the surrounding area.
We were disappointed to discover that the chalet was not situated in the rural setting we had expected. Instead, it was surrounded by numerous other chalets in a holiday park.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to popular tourist attractions. It was also very quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. the accommodation had everything we needed, from hot weather essentials to rainy day activities. It felt like having our own cozy cottage.
I was disappointed to discover that the hotel was not as secluded as I had expected. It was actually situated in a holiday park surrounded by numerous other chalets.

We had an amazing stay at Woodland Retreat! The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful trees that provided shade in the hot weather. The accommodation felt cozy, like staying in a cottage. It was just the right size for our family holiday. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary amenities provided, including milk, biscuits, tea, and coffee. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable upon our arrival. The comfortable chairs and beds made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the constant supply of hot water and the convenient bus service that allowed us to explore the Peninsular without needing to use our car. we really felt like we found a hidden gem.
Although our stay was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower took a bit of time for us to figure out, and it would have been helpful to have a sign indicating the switch to Econ mode.

The chalet was well equipped and spotlessly clean, with constant hot water and comfortable furniture. The quiet and shaded location was perfect during the hot weather. the excellent bus service allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area without needing to use our car.
The lack of phone coverage and Wi-Fi was a major inconvenience. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that these amenities were not available, as it made it difficult for us to stay connected during our stay.
